How do i buy a gift card?
 
Online NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT via bank, Google Pay:+91 9619615304, AMEX Credit Card Offline transaction (via form) for AMEX card holders. In case of any queries call us on +919619615304.
 
How quickly will i get my digital gift card?
 
It will arrive in 2 – 4 working hours in your email, after the payment confirmation. If you would like us to send it directly to the gift receiver please share their contact details.
 
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
 
You can redeem the gift card by getting in touch with us on cust.care@hajoomal.com or call us on +919619615304 or send us a message on whatsapp on the same number.
 
What kind of jewellery can I buy with my Gift Card?
 
Your Gift card is valid for all products available with H.Ajoomal Fine Jewellery. Or you can also order something which is not presently in our stock.
 
Can I add a gift message?
 
Of course! We can add a small personalized note along with your gift card and mail/whatsapp it.
 
Do you offer special gift packaging?
 
Each H.Ajoomal piece comes beautifully packed in our signature pouch and gift box (presently our gift cards are digital, if you would like a physical card to be sent the gift receiver, please let us know).
 
What if the item I choose is not the same value as my gift card?
 
In case the value of the item you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, you will have to pay the difference between the product chosen and gift card amount. In case the value of the item you choose is lower than the value of the gift card, the difference will be given to you as a new gift card with a separate number which can be used towards future purchases. We will email you with the new card within 48 hours.
 
Does the gift card expire?
 
Yes! the gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
 
If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
 
Yes, of course! Please contact us on cust.care@hajoomal.com or +919619615304 with your gift card code and beneficiary name. We will cancel the lost voucher code and send you a new one.
 
Do you offer engraving other personalization services?
 
Yes! we do, please contact our team for more information on this.
 
What is your gift exchange/return policy?
 
We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges! (with a small deduction). To start this process, please contact us on cust.care@hajoomal.com or call us on +919619615304. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund for a gift item. However, a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes and gift certificates are valid for a lifetime.
 
Can I return my engraved or personalized item?
 
Afraid not; sales of engraved items are final and cannot be returned.
 

Terms and Condition

The Gift Card will be sent via email, approximately within 6 working hours of purchase.
 
The validity of the card is 1 year from the date of purchase.
 
Neither physical nor digital gift cards may be used to purchase another physical or digital gift card.
 
Your H.Ajoomal gift card is not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded.
 
H.Ajoomal will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or misused cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued or redeemed for cash.
 
For return of products purchased using gift cards, the company would issue a Credit note of the appropriate amount.
 
H.Ajoomal is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. Products and services are subject to availability.
